Where to stay with kids in Ayutthaya: Phuttal Residence
Phuttal Residence is unbelievably beautiful. If you are into Instagram, you can simply walk around the house and constantly make pictures of it 😀 Internal design is my hobby, so when I tell I would with pleasure have this house as my home, it means it is simply stunning.

Garden: There is a beautiful garden in front of the apartments. The staff working there makes sure even during the evening it looks breathtaking. There are candles and tiny lamps light after the sunset.
Staff: The owner is extremely helpful. Although he is not there all the time, we were constantly in touch with him via Whatsup. He gave us tips, organized transport, ordered take out, and was really patient, coz Dario constantly asked him about sth 😀 As we decided to stay one more night in Ayutthaya and there was nothing available in Phuttal Residence on such a short notice, the owner organized an accommodation for us close to the Residence. The other people working there were as well very nice and helpful
Food, shops, restaurants:
There are some shops, take outs, and restaurants within a walking distance. However, Ayutthaya is not a perfect city for taking a walk, as there is lots of traffic on the streets and almost no pavements. So take a tuk-tuk or a bike. The residence offers bikes, as well kids’ bikes, which you can rent free of charge. But I must admit due to the big traffic, we decided to simply take tuk-tuks. Ask the owner to order one for you.
The breakfast is included in the price. You can order as well traditional Thai food.
Location:
Phuttal Residence lies in a few minutes’ drive from all the main temple ruins. Located at the river Chao Phraya in Ayutthaya.
